Request an RMA
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables, to ensure the product is protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
